Stallholder Application

You asked and we listened! Lets do another mushroom market.​

The perfect way to end Fungi Fest NZ 2026.

We are looking for people selling mushrooms, plants or mushroom/plant themed products. 

​

DATE: Sunday 5th July 2026

TIME: 10am - 3pm

VENUE: Greerton Community Hall, 1257 Cameron Road, Greerton, Tauranga.

Terms and Conditions

​

• This is a fungi/mushroom themed event so the goal for all stall displays is to show a minimum of 60% fungi/mushroom themed wares. All food vendors must include at least one fungi/mushroom item on their menu. Please still apply if your stall is nature based, we will try to fit everybody in, but please understand that priority will be given to those who best fit the theme. 
   

• We are all about supporting a more sustainable future. As such, we ask that you take steps to ensure your products and practices are sustainable. Priority will be given to applicants who best meet this criteria.

• We do not support or allow the sale (or use) of drugs, drug paraphernalia or any kind of illegal substance at this event. No alcohol will be permitted at this venue.

​

• All food vendors must have a current food licence. Your application will be declined if you don't supply this.

​

• All food vendors must supply their own rubbish bin/bag and will need to take this away with them to dispose of responsibly outside of the venue. We will be encouraging attendees to recycle wherever possible. 

​

• All stall/vendors must remain set up and open for the full duration of the event - no packing up early.

​​

• Completing this application form does not confirm your space at the event. Space is limited. Our team will review your application and, if accepted, we will send you payment details. Your space will be confirmed once your payment has been received. Please note that we will prioritise selecting those who best fit the theme and are providing unique, original and sustainable products. 

​

• If accepted, we will email you a promotional package. We ask that you share the Facebook event and/or social media tile on your social media platform/s and that you invite your followers/customers to come along to the event.

​

• This is primarily a volunteer run project so please be patient with our team. This event could not happen without the help of these wonderful humans!
