Relief Print Fungi Cushion Cover Workshop with Bobbi Summers
Join us for an afternoon of creative expression as Bobbi guides you through the process of making your very own hand-printed cushion cover. Create unique mushroom designs to transfer to fabric and turn into a cushion cover like no other! Learn techniques you can easily repeat at home.
What you will learn:
All about mushrooms: Bobbi will teach you about the different types of mushrooms found in NZ while you draw your own unique designs.
Foam stamp creation: How to transfer your designs to foam sheeting to be used multiple times.
Relief printing: a technique that can be traced back to the 1st century AD China. Using fabric ink you will transfer your design to high quality white cotton fabric and then heat set it.

All children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult - we are all about learning together! You can book one spot and collaborate on your cushion or book 2 spots and help each other out with your own individual creations.
