Mexican and Vietnamese, born in United States, and residing in Aotearoa New Zealand. On a journey of reclaiming ancestry.

I’m passionate about creating spaces to support mind/body/spirit journeys through a trauma-informed approach. I share ancient and indigenous practices to honor our connection with our ancestors and somatic practices to create more resilient nervous systems.
My purpose is to inspire others to be brave, explore their truth, and express themselves authentically.
